Privacy

All data on the portal are processed in full compliance with Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. (EU) 2016/679 on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and on the Free Movement of such Data ("GDPR") and Act No. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and amendment of certain laws, as amended. A user who is a natural person, such as the person concerned, within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act, is obligated prior to any registration and disclosure of the personal data of the Company on the Portal to be familiar with the following personal data processing terms:

  1. The information system operator is fofos.sk, sro, with its registered office: Dukl. hrdinov 874/14, 911 05 Trenčín, IČO: 50215167, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, odd. Sro, vl. no. 32767 / R.
  2. In the following, the operator informs visitors of the main privacy principles and the principles of their further processing. By doing so, the website is subject to the obligation to inform the visitors of the site under the applicable legislation.
  3. The purpose of processing personal data is to provide the services of "modelworld.sk/modelworld.eu". If the user agrees to use personal data in the scope of the name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, marketing address of the company, these personal data used for the above purpose for a maximum of 3 years from the date of the consent. This consent can be withdrawn in writing at any time.
  4. The list of processed personal data is as follows: image, name, surname, title, permanent address, gender, contact details (phone number, e-mail).
  5. Providing personal information is voluntary, but it is essential to use some of the portal services.
  6. The personal data of the person concerned are not made available to third parties, unless such obligation arises from the laws in force in the territory of the Slovak Republic and also with the exception of personal data which the user himself publishes on the portal; in which case the personal data will be published on "modelworld.co.uk/modelworld.eu" and may be published on other websites to which "modelworld.co.uk/modelworld.eu" refers.
  7. Personal data provided to users is not the subject of cross-border transfer of personal data.
  8. Consent to the processing of personal data provided by users is provided and is valid throughout the user's registration on the portal, after which the company is authorized to process the person's personal data to the extent necessary for historical research, scientific research and development or for statistical purposes or specific of the law relating to the unlawful conduct of the person concerned, but for a maximum period of five years from the granting of the consent.
  9. Third parties who are supposed to be provided with personal data are the business partners of the company for advertising and marketing purposes and for the purpose of improving and developing the portal services.

  • Your personal data is transferred to us in encoded form. We use a secure socket layer (SSL) encryption system. We provide our websites and other systems with technical and organizational measures against the loss and destruction of your data, against unauthorized access to, modification or expansion of your data.

In this regard, we would like to alert you that it is essential that you do not notify your third-party access details and that you have logged out properly after completing your activity in your account. The operator does not take responsibility for the misuse of the used passwords only if he / she causes this situation directly.
  1. A person providing personal data (the person concerned - the user ) has, 15 to 22 and Art. 34 GDPR the following rights:
  • The right of access to personal data under Art. 15 GDPR: The person concerned has the right to obtain from the Operator a confirmation of the processing of the personal data concerning him / her. The person concerned has the right to access these personal data and information.
  • The right to rectify personal data under Art. 16 GDPR: The person concerned has the right to have the Operator corrected incorrectly personal data concerning him without undue delay. With regard to the purpose of the processing of personal data, the person concerned is entitled to supplement incomplete personal data.
  • Right to delete personal data under Article 17 of the GDPR: The data subject has the right to delete the personal data relating to him without undue delay if the person concerned has exercised the right of cancellation if:
    • personal data are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were acquired or otherwise processed,
    • the person concerned revokes the consent under which processing of personal data is carried out and there is no other legal basis for the processing of personal data,
    • the person concerned objects to the processing of personal data and does not prejudge any legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data or the person concerned objects to the processing of personal data for the purpose of direct marketing,
    • personal data is processed unlawfully,
    • is the reason for the deletion of the obligation under GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act, a special regulation or an international treaty binding on the Slovak Republic,
    • personal data have been obtained in connection with the information society services offer.
  • The right to restrict the processing of personal data under Art. 18 GDPR: The person concerned has the right to prevent the Operator from processing the personal data if:
    • the person concerned objects to the accuracy of the personal data during a period allowing the Operator to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
    • the processing of personal data is unlawful and the person concerned objects to the deletion of personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use,
    • An operator no longer requires personal data for the purpose of processing personal data but is required by the person concerned to claim a legal claim,
    • the person concerned objects to the processing of personal data, pending verification that the legitimate reasons on the part of the Operator outweigh the legitimate reasons of the person concerned.
      The person concerned whose processing of personal data is limited shall be obliged to inform the Operator before the limitation of the processing of personal data is abolished.
  • Based on Art. 19 GDPR is the Operator, if required by the person concerned, obliged to inform the person concerned about the recipients to whom the Operator notified the correction of personal data, the deletion of personal data or the limitation of the processing of personal data.
  • The right to the portability of personal data, 20 GDPR: The person concerned has the right to obtain personal data relating to him and which he has provided to the Operator in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and has the right to transfer such personal data to another operator.
  • The right to object to the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR: The person concerned has the right to object to the processing of his personal data on account of his particular legal situation on the ground that the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a public interest task or because the processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate the interests of the Operator or third parties, including profiling based on these provisions. An operator may not further process personal data unless it demonstrates the necessary legitimate interests in the processing of personal data that outweigh the rights or interests of the data subject or the grounds for exercising a legal claim. The person concerned has the right to object to the processing of personal data relating to him for the purpose of direct marketing, including profiling to the extent that he relates to direct marketing.
  • Based on Art. 22 GDPR , the person concerned has the right not to be covered by a decision which is based solely on the automated processing of personal data, including profiling, and which has legal effects that affect him or have a similar effect on him.
  • Based on Art. 34 The GDPR has the right to be notified by the Operator without undue delay of a personal data breach if such breach of personal data protection can lead to a high risk to the rights of a natural person.

  1. Providing information to the person concerned
  • An operator is obliged to provide the data subject, at the request of the data subject, 13 GDPR and notifications under Articles 15 to 22 and Art. 34 GDPR concerning the processing of its personal data. Information is required to be provided in paper or electronic form, generally in the same format as the application. If requested by the person concerned, the Operator may also provide the information orally if the person concerned demonstrates their identity in another way. The operator is in exercising the rights under Art. 15 to 22 GDPR is obliged to provide the person concerned with co-operation.
  • An operator shall provide the data subject with the information referred to in point 1 within one month of receipt of the request. The time limit may be extended by the Operator in two (2) months, even if it is repeated, in justified cases with regard to the complexity and the number of applications. An operator shall be obliged to inform the affected person of any such extension within one month of receipt of the application together with the reasons for the extension of the time limit.
  • The Operator provides free of charge the information under point 1.
  • If the request of the person concerned is manifestly unfounded or inappropriate in particular for its recurrent nature, the Operator may require a reasonable fee to take account of the administrative costs of providing the information or a reasonable fee, taking into account the administrative costs of the notification or a reasonable fee, on request. The user has given consent to the company in the registration form and agrees to send information, newsletters and promotional materials, products and news, discounts, bonuses electronically (eg via emails) throughout the registration period on the portal.
  • The limitation of the rights of the person concerned in accordance with and under Art. 23 GDPR and § 30 of the Personal Data Protection Act The operator informs the person concerned if this is not endangered by the purpose of the restriction.
  • The user has granted consent to the registration form and agrees with the processing of personal data such as image, name, surname, title, permanent address, sex, contact details (telephone number, email), to the extent that the user of the company the use of this portal, as well as those published on the portal (e.g., photos and posts published in the bazaar, in the forum, in the discussion), for the purpose of providing the portal services throughout the registration period on the portal.
